If you need help or advice on your individual application, you should contact our Customer Service Unit on

Please have your Personal ID ready so we can find your records quickly. If our lines are busy, you will be put in a queue and a message service will ask you if you would like to hold or call back later.

You apply online using the Apply application service. The Apply system provides detailed screen and help text to assist you in making your application.

Our Customer Service Advisers are expected to deal with all callers with politeness and respect, and we would expect our callers to offer the same courtesy to our staff. If a caller uses offensive or inappropriate language during the course of a call, or in an email or letter, then our staff are empowered to terminate the call or to refuse to answer the correspondence should an initial warning prove ineffective. Should the caller continue to exhibit such behaviour in the course of subsequent contacts then we reserve the right to cancel the application.
