Replying to offers

Step 3: Auditions and offers

If applicants have at least one offer and they have received decisions for all their choices, we will email them to let them know there has been a change to their application, and ask them to look at Track. If they haven't provided a valid email address we will send a letter which will ask them to reply to their offers. Applicants use Track to reply.

Guaranteed conditional (GC) or guaranteed unconditional (GU) offers

Applicants who accept a conditional or unconditional offer for a guaranteed place as their first choice cannot accept any other offer. The table below shows how an applicant who is accepting a guaranteed place as their first choice might reply to their offers.

Reserve conditional (VC) or reserve unconditional (VU) offers

Applicants who accept a conditional or unconditional offer for a reserve place as their first choice can also accept any type of offer as a second choice. The table below shows how an applicant who is accepting a reserve place as their first choice might reply to their offers.

Applicants who accept an unconditional guaranteed place as their first choice are committed to take up this place. Similarly, applicants who accept a conditional guaranteed place as their first choice are committed to take up this place if they meet all the conditions of the offer.
