Step 3: Auditions and offers

Track is a system where applicants can track the progress of their application online, reply to any offers received, and make certain amendments. Applicants' usernames and passwords to access Track are the same as those they used to make their applications.

Applicants can follow the progress of each choice by using Track. As soon as each conservatoire makes a decision about their application, we update the information on Track.

We let applicants know by email when a decision has been made. To protect confidential information, the email will not contain the actual decision: applicants still need to go to Track.

Applicants can use Track to:

  • view details of any auditions they have been invited to. Conservatoires send the audition date, time and payment status with the 'audition pending' (AP) decision. An 'audition pending' decision is an official invitation to audition, sent by the conservatoire. Conservatoires use different methods of communication and may not send any further correspondence to the applicant about the audition.
  • change their postal address, email address and/or telephone number
  • add more choices (if they have made fewer than six choices)
  • follow the progress of their application
  • reply to offers
  • withdraw their application.

The Track service also provides useful information about the remaining stages of the application process.

Change of term-time postal address

After the end of the summer term, applicants who are living away from home to attend a boarding school, college or university must use Track to change their postal address to their home address or another address where correspondence will reach them. All correspondence will be sent to the address the applicant has entered as their postal address until they enrol at a conservatoire.
