The team is happy to visit member institutions to talk to staff and their agents (when the latter are visiting the UK) and to provide training to local staff, agents, schools and British Council staff when attending international events in various countries.
We also receive many visiting delegations of schools, British Council staff, foreign embassy staff, university administrators and researchers. Part of our role is to strengthen links with sector colleagues and to provide input into current issues such as the points-based system (PBS).
An online international mailbase is available for members to engage in dialogue about issues affecting the sector, and to receive monthly updates and relevant information from the International Team.
