Referees and references

CUKAS applicants need to select two referees who know them well enough to comment on their suitability for their chosen courses. They must confirm that people chosen as referees agree to provide references before naming them on their applications. It is not permitted for family, friends, partners or ex-partners of the applicant to write their academic or music reference, nor is the applicant allowed to write their own reference. If subsequently we find this to be the case, the application may be cancelled.

Applicants must choose one referee who can comment on their academic ability and another who can write about their musical ability.
