Why is the pay/send link not working?
Please check the following on your application:
- You have marked each section as complete.
- If you entered an email address, you have verified that it is correct (check that a warning message is not displayed on the welcome page).
- The Apply system has not 'timed-out' (check that you can still access other sections in Apply).
If you have checked the points above but you still cannot access the pay/send section, please contact our Customer Service Unit for advice.
