A conservatoire hasn't received a copy of one of my references, what should I do?

Contact the relevant referee and ask if they can send the reference on to the conservatoire. You may need to reprint the appropriate reference sheet (academic reference sheet or music reference sheet) and provide another stamped addressed envelope. Please complete your personal details and choice information at the top of the sheet before passing it to your referee.
