Collection of passport details in Track

If you live outside the UK (your permanent address is outside the UK) you may need a student visa to study in the UK. You will be required to apply to the United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) and will need to provide your passport details so that the conservatoire can advise the UKBA that you are holding a confirmed place at their institution.

We have developed an additional section in Track, in collaboration with the conservatoires and UKBA, that will ask for your passport details once you have applied and have received an offer from one of your choices.

The passport details that we are collecting are:

  • passport number
  • issue date
  • expiry date
  • place of issue

and whether a student visa is required.

You will only be asked for passport details if the information you gave on your application suggests that you might need a visa to study in the UK.
