Keep your details secure

We have been alerted that some applicants have received emails purporting to be from CUKAS or from conservatoire addresses asking for confirmation of personal details, such as usernames and passwords for individual applications, email accounts and other online services.

Under no circumstances will UCAS, GTTR, CUKAS or UKPASS ask applicants to provide usernames and passwords via email.

If you have received any such email, please DO NOT reply, but instead pass details of the request to servicedesk@ucas.ac.uk or contact the university or college direct for advice.
