The first thing to do is speak to the new conservatoire to see if they will consider you.
If you have completed the first or second year of the course, you may be able to transfer onto the next year at a different conservatoire. This depends on whether your current course content is the same or similar to the new course content. You will need to check this with the new conservatoire.
If they agree to consider you, you will need to complete a new CUKAS application. When completing the application, you will be asked which year of the course you are applying for - please make sure you state the correct year in this section. Otherwise, the conservatoire will consider you for the first year of the course.
If you want to transfer partway through an application year, please speak directly to the conservatoire to see if this is something they will consider.
If you want to start afresh at a new conservatoire in the first year, please complete a new CUKAS application. You will then go through the same application process that you went through the first time you applied. You may wish to explain your reasons for reapplying in your personal statement.
