Why can't I add a choice in Track?
It depends how many choices you have already selected. You are allowed a maximum of six choices on your application. If you have already applied for the maximum number of choices available, you will not be able to add further choices.
If you have received offers from your choices and replied to these offers, you will not be able to add further choices in Track.

- I have forgotten my Personal ID, Track username and password. What can I do?
- When I click on the 'log in' link I cannot get to the next page.
- My Personal ID, username and password are not accepted.
- I have been locked out of Track. What can I do?
- I get a message saying that the service has 'timed out'.
