I have forgotten my Personal ID, Track username and password. What can I do?

You can find out your Personal ID, Track username and password by using our login reminder service. If you have entered and verified an email address on your application, you just need to enter it in the reminder service and we will email you the details you have requested.

Alternatively, you can find out your username and password by clicking on the 'Forgot login details?' link on the Track screen and entering the requested details correctly. Your username and password will be sent to you by email.

If you are unable to access your username and password online, please contact our Customer Service Unit. You will have to answer some security questions correctly before we can give you the details.
