  • change your personal details, such as address or phone number
  • add choices
  • reply to offers
  • withdraw your application completely.

Change personal details

Email and phone number: You can change details as necessary. For example, if you have changed your email address or phone number since completing the original application. However, we strongly recommend that you do not change your email address during the application cycle unless it is absolutely necessary. It may result in important communications with you being delayed.

Postal address: If you have changed your address, you should also make arrangements to redirect your mail so that you receive any correspondence that has already been posted to you. All correspondence will be sent to your postal address until you enrol at a conservatoire.

We will pass on your new details to your chosen conservatoires, but if you are expecting any urgent correspondence from them, you may also want to tell them yourself.

Manage your choices

This screen shows the current position for your choices. Any offers or decisions that have changed since you last logged on are highlighted. Click on the link to view details.

From this screen, you can - depending on the status of your application:

  • View details of auditions you have been invited to.
  • Add a choice: you can select from the latest course lists, which excludes any courses that have been discontinued since the original lists were published. Adding choices, up to the maximum of six, may incur further audition fees. Where this applies, you can pay online or you can indicate that you will pay later in order to add your new choices.
  • Reply to your offers.

You are unable to select an option if it is greyed out. For example: you cannot add another choice if you have already made the maximum six choices.
